Why WCPL

More Than Just a Job

Working at WCPL means being part of a team that shows up for Washington County every day, from helping someone land their first library card to running programs that bring neighbors together. We’re looking for people who are curious, community-minded, and ready to make the library even better for the people who walk through our doors.
